Students pursuing 研究 projects have access to a network of 研究 resources and funding opportunities, at Clark and beyond.

Women’s and Gender Studies Library

Located in Clark’s Goddard Library, the Women’s and Gender Studies Library houses an extensive collection of books, 视频, 期刊, 杂志, and other materials.

The library is organized by category, covering topics such as aging, 家庭, 女同性恋者, 人权, 身体形象, 健康, and poverty to name a few. In addition, there are many articles arranged by country and topic.

Women’s and Gender Studies Archives and Cynthia Enloe Collections

The Women’s and Gender Studies archives include documents, 报告, magazine articles, and newspaper clippings collected by students and faculty, especially from the personal collections of Professor Cynthia Enloe. We invite students and 研究ers to explore our files and to continue building an archival record of women’s history in the making.

  • National Women’s Studies Association: Supports and promotes 女权主义/womanist teaching, 学习, 研究, and professional and community service and serves as a locus of information about the interdisciplinary field of women’s studies.
  • 穴位: A peer-reviewed, 女权主义, interdisciplinary journal aimed at providing a forum for scholarship and creative work by and about women of color in U.S. and international contexts.
  • Feminist Theory website:  Provides 研究 materials and information for students, 积极分子, and scholars interested in women’s conditions and struggles around the world.
  • Feminist Collections: Housed through the University of Wisconsin Women’s Studies, these collections include archives of a Quarterly of Women’s Studies 资源.
  • International Center for 研究 on Women (ICRW): This organization merged with Re:Gender, formerly the National Council for 研究 on Women.
  • International Feminist Journal of Politics: A cross-cultural and international forum to foster debate and dialogue at the intersection of international relations, politics and women’s studies.
  • 迹象: Founded in 1975 and recognized as the leading international journal in women’s studies, Signs publishes articles from a wide range of disciplines — articles engaging gender, 比赛, 文化, class, 性, and / or nation.

Clark’s Women’s and Gender Studies (WGS) faculty maintain ties with colleges, universities and 研究 centers on women in both the Boston and 阿默斯特 (麻萨诸塞州) areas, 包括:
